From its creation, the CICRP wanted to develop an educational action carried out for many years by a seconded teacher, Noël Casanova, from 2003 to 2010. This service ended when he retired but the reception of schoolchildren was nevertheless continued on an ad hoc basis. 

The partnership set up with the territorial management of the Canopé network in 2017 was an opportunity to establish relationships with the academies of Aix-Marseille and Nice and to host classes for the development of artistic education and cultural and scientific culture. Classes were thus hosted by CICRP scientists either within the establishment or on sites concerned by requests for assistance. Although this partnership ended, it continued to bear fruit.

As part of the 2022-2027 establishment project, a working group was formed to design a new educational program for the CICRP. This experimental project intends to forge a partnership link with an elementary school in the third arrondissement of Marseille. Requested by this group, the Bernard Cadenat school agreed to embark on this project which will be implemented in 2024.
